Education
Dr. Parminter received his B.S. degree in Biology from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. He then received training in dental technology at the Dental Technology Institute in Orange, California. He earned his DDS degree and graduate prosthodontic certificate from the University of Southern California.
